Submit your enquiry via our contact form. We respond within 48 hours to qualified parties. All initial discussions are held in confidence.

Qualification & NDA
We conduct a brief qualification call to understand your requirements, capacity, and compliance position. An NCNDA is executed before any supply details are shared.

Deal Confirmation
Terms are confirmed via a countersigned Deal Confirmation Notice specifying quantity, price, discount, and each party's obligations. KYC is completed with the supply source.

Settlement
Funds are placed in escrow prior to shipment. Independent assay is conducted at origin. Escrow is released upon confirmed delivery and document verification.

Discretion is foundational to how we operate. Supply source identities, pricing structures, and transaction terms are never disclosed beyond what is necessary and agreed. All parties operate under binding non-circumvention and confidentiality agreements throughout the process and for five years following.
